I recently had the pleasure of working with Tammy on travel plans to Key West. We were so impressed with her assistance and communication throughout the process.

She was professional and took a proactive approach. Our trip was originally booked a few months ago and with changes to flights from the airline recently, she reached out quickly with the perfect alternatives.

Originally we had an overnight layover in Chicago on the way and flight changes then included an overnight layover on the way home, however, Tammy relooked at the and was able to book us on a flight that gets us there in one day thus eliminating one of the overnight layovers. We didn't ask her to do this at all, but rather she took it upon herself to find a way in which we didn't have an extra expense. Not only that, but then she also found and booked us a hotel to stay at in Charlotte - we were beyond impressed! We will definitely be contacting Tammy to assist us in all future travel plans.
